Damaged or Defective Item?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we take full responsibility. Contact us immediately and we will arrange a free replacement as fast as possible — no questions asked, no shipping cost to you.

Our promise: We do not let our customers deal with problems that are not their fault. Damaged item = immediate free replacement.

Returns (14 Days)

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Must include all original packaging and tags
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Contact us first before shipping anything back

Important: For change-of-mind returns (not damaged or defective), return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We believe in being upfront about this.

Exchanges

We allow one exchange per order. If you would like a different size, color, or model:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Ship the original item back to us (customer covers return shipping for non-defective items)
  • Once we receive and inspect it, we will ship the replacement

Refunds

Here is exactly how the refund process works — no surprises:

  • Step 1: We receive your returned item
  • Step 2: We inspect it (within 2 business days)
  • Step 3: If approved, refund is processed to your original payment method

Timeline: Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Not Eligible for Refund

We want to be completely transparent — these situations are not eligible:

  • Items damaged by the customer (misuse, stains, tears)
  • Requests made after the 14-day return window
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Custom or made-to-order products

Return Shipping

  • Defective or damaged item: We cover all return shipping costs — it is on us
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
